System Engineer- On Site Ankara

Qualifications

• Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering (preferably Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields),
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the IT sector,
• Preferably holds professional certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, HUAWEI, HP, Security, etc.),
• Experienced in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V),
• Experienced in data storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, etc. (HPE, Dell, IBM, etc.),
• Experienced and preferably certified in Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and applications (MCITP, MCSE/MCSA, etc.),
• Skilled in installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of physical server systems,
• Knowledgeable about Backup and Disaster Recovery Center Systems (Veeam Backup, Dell PPDM, Dell RecoverPoint),
• Experienced in TCP/IP, Routing, LAN Switching, Firewall, IPS, WAN, MPLS, VLAN, 802.1x, and VPN,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Experienced in project monitoring and follow-up,
• Flexible and adaptable to variable working hours,
• Adequate technical English proficiency,

Job Description

• Ensuring the continuity of System, Network, and Security services within the company and for clients,
• Providing timely on-site and/or remote support for service requests,
• Performing installation, maintenance, and update operations for applications,
• Executing all monitoring, problem management, and resolution activities to ensure 24/7 uninterrupted system operations,
• Providing post-sales technical support for system hardware and software within project scope,
• Participating in post-sales installation processes,
• Following and implementing new technologies in the fields of System, Network, and Security
